Nothing happened today...no phone calls. Left a lot of messages. I left messages and then around 7:00 pm PST I started calling knowing that I am not allowed to call after 8:00 PST. The phone was busy almost the entire hour.

Well it seems like the alienation is continuing. I tried to call several times and left messages. I got a message from the ex after I left one saying that I hadn't talked to the kids in awhile. Her message went something like this. She said the kids had plenty of opportunity to call today and they have just chosen not to. She said that she did relay my message to Justin to turn on the cell phone (but it was not turned on). She said that she was documenting all the goings on and that I should too. Again I really cannot understand how the kids have such an amazing time with me and can't wait to come back in March...and now they don't want to talk to me???? Something is going on in that house. She says that she is complying but...it just isn't good enough. I hope a judge will see that too.

Well today was interesting. I get a message from my daughter saying that she didn't have time to call last night and she will have no time to call at all today. I called her back within 6 minutes of her leaving the message and no one picked up. She did call me back and told me that she was busy. I asked if there was a time I could talk to Justin and she asked her mom...her mom kept saying "He can call the cell phone and leave a message" She wouldn't tell me a good time to call, each time I told her "He won't turn it on." she would just keep saying "you can call the cell phone anytime you want....over and over. My daughter told me that she wanted to call later and say goodnight, but she never did...
